We only offer a ground floor service and do not take on any jobs that include flights of stairs. Payment is made in full at the time of booking the service.

Moving of an instrument from Room to Room in the same house / building
Prices below are based on the move of an organ or upright piano (please add an extra £125.00 for a grand piano) from room to room in the same house or building.
This service is a two man team and is ideal if you are re-decorating or re-carpeting (etc) and need to move an instrument from one room to another.
The service is carried out by a two man team from Promenade Music – no third parties are involved – but please remember that this service are for instruments that are on the ground floor of a house / building (i.e this does not include moving an instrument up or down a flight of stairs).

30 Day Service – Moving an instrument from House to House
Prices below are based on the move of an organ or upright piano (please add an extra £125.00 for a grand piano) from one house / building to another house / building.
With this service, the collection is done on one particular day and the instrument is delivered within 30 days.
To keep costs down to our customers, with this service, Promenade Music looks after either the collection or delivery in our region and we work with our other third party partners in various parts of the UK to make either the collection or delivery in their region.
The ’30 days’ allows us time to trunk up with our 3rd party partners to make the delivery.
This service is a two man team and please remember that this service is for instruments that are on the ground floor of a house / building (i.e this does not include moving an instrument up or down a flight of stairs).

Prices below are based on the storage of digital piano, upright piano, grand piano or organ.
– Monthly fee in advance £60.00 inc VAT (£50.00 ex VAT)
– Prepay for 3 Months £162.00 inc VAT (£135.00 ex VAT) = 10% saving on monthly price.
– Prepay for 6 Months £306.00 inc VAT (£255.00 ex VAT) = 15% saving on monthly price.
– Prepay for 9 Months £432.00 inc VAT (£360.00 ex VAT) = 20% saving on monthly price.
– Prepay for 12 Months £540.00 inc VAT (£450.00 ex VAT) = 25% saving on monthly price.
If you require the instrument to be moved from a house / building in to storage and moved to a house / building at the end of the storage period, please add on to the cost our Same Day Service – Moving an instrument from House to House that is stated above.
