Service & Repairs Department

Promenade Music runs a full independent repair & service department, to cater for all manner of instrument and equipment problems. Our repair and service department is split in to two areas, acoustic instruments (woodwind, brass, pianos, guitars etc) and electronic equipment (digital pianos, keyboards, amplification etc). All our repairers and engineers have a wealth of experience in their respective areas.

We value our customers greatly and ensure preference is given to those whose equipment was originally bought from us. We will of course try to help in situations where the faulty item was not bought from us, and we will give a realistic estimated turnaround time, taking into account that any warranty items must always take priority. Home and site visits can be arranged, or you can bring your equipment into the shop to be booked in by a member of staff.
