They are made in Germany and they’re a 10-hole diatonic model with a 0.9mm brass reed plate and 20 brass reeds. They have a black ABS comb and mouthpiece surface and stainless steel cover plates. They have a beautiful mellow sound and the Special 20 was the first diatonic harmonica in the world with reed plates recessed into the comb [creating a projecting plastic mouthpiece] which makes it more comfortable to play. Its distinctive sound is perfect for everything from folk and country, to rock and pop.
