Repairs, Service & Call-Outs

Promenade Music runs a service, repairs and call-out department. We offer Electronic Repairs & Call Out, Woodwind Repairs & Service and Instrument Re-String Service for Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Classical Guitar, Bass Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo. Prority is given to those instruments that were originally bought from us. We will of course try to help in situations where the faulty item was not bought from us, and we'll try and give a realistic estimated turnaround time.
