Promenade Music is proud to offer the top-of-the-line Adams MAHCC502 custom classic 5-octave marimba which offers traditional and timeless styling. It has a custom classic traveller frame – which has the Adams Voyager height adjustment system built-in – and the frame and rails are made entirely of French oak and finished in a beautiful clear lacquer finish with desert colour resonators. Promenade Music have sold Marimbas since 1989 and the Honduras rosewood note-bars on this marimba is finest, hand-selected rosewood that Adams can source. Honduras rosewood is a very unique wood with unparalleled sound qualities grows in the heart of Central America and the beauty of its resonance is even heard in a raw-cut piece of Honduras Rosewood, which is known for its sound-qualities, hardness and durability. The custom classic traveller frame is paired with either black or desert resonators [desert is shown in our picture] which are beautifully designed and made.

[Please note: Adams Musical Instruments have a mill with plantation to ensure sustainably and prevent unnecessary harvesting of Honduras rosewood. They are helping to protect the most beautiful wood in the world which will hopefully secure the future of tuned percussion instruments and respects the local community where the wood is grown. Every Adams instrument containing Honduras Rosewood has documentation to prove that Adams work according to the strict guidelines of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). Adams have always worked in a sustainable way, with necessary documentation, even before this type of regulation was tightened up.]
