Mendieta guitars are made in Valencia, Spain. The 'Professional' series has all selected solid woods. The 'Artizan' series has selected solid tops and ziricote, cocobolo, white ebony, green ebony or red gum bodies. The 'Conservatoire' series has selected solid top and laminate rosewood bodies. The  'Estudio' series with solid top and laminate etimoe mahogany or walnut bodies. The 'Flamenco' series and spruce top and cypress bodies.
