PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, due to the increase in online fraud, we can no longer ship to an address other than the billing address via over-the-phone or online sales. It is still possible via a direct bank transfer.
Many of the items on our website have free delivery. For those items that do not have free delivery, a product bought online [below 30kg] will be charged at our standard delivery cost of £10 for Mainland UK. In the majority of cases, this service is provided by Parcelforce and is a ‘next working’ day, fully insured service. Larger items may require us to use Parcelforce’s 48 Hour Large Service.
If an item is large and heavy, a pallet may be required. Please be aware that if so, you may be required to dispose of the pallet yourself. The cost of this will need a quote. Call us.
Please Note:
(1) Saturdays, Sundays and British Bank Holidays are NOT considered as Working Days as far as our deliveries go.
(2) Items over 30kg will be charged at a higher rate. Call us first if you are not sure.
(3) The term Mainland UK ‘Does Not’ include the islands around the UK (e.g. the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Hebrides, Isle of Skye, Isle of Arran, Northern Ireland, etc). The cost of delivery to these islands maybe considerably higher [£20 upwards] and a specific quote will be necessary.
(4) Therefore, if an item is marked as FREE DELIVERY, it ONLY applies to a delivery to Mainland UK.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to post-Brexit, the Windsor Agreement and so on, we are no longer able to send electrical items to Northern Ireland. Still okay for acoustic instruments.

Definition of Terms Used On Our Website Regarding Stock Availability
PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE SOMETHING IS ON THE WEBSITE, IT IS NOT NECESSARILY IN STOCK – PLEASE CHECK!
In Stock
This means we have the item in stock – this could be at our warehouse, or in the shop. If you are planning on making a long journey it is always better to phone us first to make one-hundred percent sure that we still have it. If an item doesn’t say it’s in stock – it probably isn’t, and we would advise you check with us before placing an order. PLEASE NOTE: We are a small team of human beings – we genuinely try our best to get things right on our website, but occasionally, errors arise regarding stock. We would rather you check with us first so we don’t let you down.
Out Of Stock
You wouldn’t believe the amount of people that order things that say “Out of Stock” and then get annoyed when we can’t supply them immediately. It’s worth giving us a ring [01524 410202] to see when we’re next expecting an ‘Out of Stock’ listing as we might be able to order you one quickly from the manufacturer.
Check Stock
This is often used on an item that regularly comes in and out of stock. There is a good chance that we are currently out of stock of this item and will need to check so give us a call on 01524 410202. If you order an item that says “Check Stock” without checking, and it turns out we don’t have it, please don’t be angry with us!
In Transit To Us
This is an item that has been ordered from a supplier and is on it’s way to us. Delivery times vary wildly from one day to several months – give us a call on 01524 410202.
Available From The Manufacturer / Available To Order
This means we don’t have it in stock, but can order it from the manufacturer or distributor. Times can vary – give us a call on 01524 410202.
Accessory – To Order
This means we are unlikely to have it in stock as a rule, but can order it on request – if in doubt – give us a call 01524 410202.
Essentially, it is almost always better to give us a call on 01524 410202 first if you are in any doubt, or are in a particular hurry for a specific item.
