– If you are ordering a product online below 30kg, the standard delivery cost for Mainland UK is £10. In the majority of cases, this service is provided by Parcelforce and is a next working day, fully insured service. Larger items may require us to use their 48 hour Large service.
– Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days. Nor are Bank Holiday days.
– Items over 30kg may be charged at a higher rate.
– If you are not in Mainland UK (ie in the Highlands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland), the cost of delivery is considerably higher – £25 and upwards), and a specific quote may be necessary.

You wouldn’t believe the amount of people that order things that say “Out of Stock” on them and then get annoyed when we can’t supply them immediately.

This is an item that has been ordered from a supplier and is on it’s way to us. Delivery times vary wildly from 1 day to several months – give us a call.

This means we don’t have it in stock, but can order it from the manufacturer or distributor. Times can vary – give us a call.
Accessory – To Order
This means we are unlikely to have it in stock as a rule, but can order it on request – if in doubt – give us a call.
