Elixir

Elixir Strings was born in 1995. Since, they’ve dominated Promenade Music’s coated string sales. The basic idea is a microscopically thin, advanced polymer tube that surrounds the string to protect it from corrosion and dirt without making any contact whatsoever with the critical area between the windings where the critical zone of tone is. Promenade Music has been a chosen official partner of Elixir at shows like the London Acoustic Guitar Show and the London Bass Show, to name just two.
