Perhaps the most legendary manufacturer of guitar amplifiers in the world, Jim Marshall‘s classic British company has produced valve amps since the early 1960’s, helping to shape the sound of popular music ever since. Marshall amps have been used by just about every guitar player of note: Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Pete Townsend, Jimmy Page, and too many others to mention. Marshall also create solid state amps, and modelling amps, and are based in Milton Keynes, England.
